UX & Digital Marketing Contributions

During my time at Crew, I played a key role in optimizing the user experience across their two e-commerce platforms: crewsupplyco.com and crewhome.com. My primary responsibility was to provide actionable UX recommendations aimed at improving the customer journey and ultimately boosting conversion rates. I conducted audits of site navigation, product pages, and checkout flows, identifying friction points and areas for improvement.

I collaborated closely with a Shopify developer to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the sites remained fast, responsive, and user-friendly across all devices. In addition to my UX work, I took the lead in crafting engaging email marketing campaigns and designing high-converting sign-up forms using Klaviyo. These efforts helped drive customer engagement, increase retention, and support new product launches.

To grow organic visibility, I also implemented SEO best practices across both sites, optimizing on-page elements such as metadata, headings, and alt tags, while also working on content structure and internal linking strategies. These combined efforts contributed to increased site traffic, improved search engine rankings, and stronger overall performance for both brands.
